Property was high quality and exceptionally comfortable, we loved this place.
The breakfast was good value for money and large, the staff was exceptionally nice, the grounds were clean. The location was great and perfect - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Hounslow Urban Farm.

The room is beautifully maintained and there are amazing views of the sea. Television with satellite channels, an individual safe and coffee/tea makers are available. Offers personalized service and outstanding food.

I enjoyed a nice breakfast here with a tasty omelette, fresh fruits, and other meals. the location was really convenient, just a short distance from the ferry to Zanzibar and right in the heart of things. 🍽️.

Nice staff and satisfactory breakfast with fresh products. Cozy beds & clean rooms. Location so close to business district, central Dar Es Salaam, close to shops and the ferry terminal and the center of town.

Central location, friendly staff
Food quality not very good and service in the restaurant poor, I had to wait too long for the ordered food or coffee, it really bothered me

Dinner in the evening was also possible late.
Reception at the reception + explanations rather unfriendly. The room card only worked on the second attempt. We were sent to the airport much too early (too long driving time + too much time recommended for check-in)

The breakfast was varied and tasty, the staff totally courteous, nice and helpful... no matter what the matter was, simply top! Generous room size.
Transfer price for the airport shuttle is steep for local conditions. In general, taxis organized by the hotel were always twice as expensive as the taxis that were specially sought after. But with the background that one felt safe in a rather dangerous area, understandable.

Room probably used to be a smoking room. Although booked for 3 persons, everything was only available for 2 persons
